Goods are delivered with reputed courier partners based on our agreement for delivery across India.
Customers should report damages of courier within 3 days from the receipt of courier.
Appa Foods shall refund / replace for the damage in-transit. Final decision on this shall be reserved with Appa Foods.
Customers should take picture of damaged product and email to appafoods.in@gmail.com with order reference number. Incomplete requests shall not be entertained .
Once packets are opened then products should be used within the stipulated time.
Customer should take care of storing the goods in air tight container to keep the freshness of dry fruits.
Shipment processing time
All online orders will be processed and dispatched within the same business day or the next business working day. Most orders are shipped on the same business day if the order is placed before 12 PM. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days based on your location. For rural areas, the delivery may take more time.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
